Tempered Glasses for Phone
Modern smartphones are designed to be personal and handy computers, so they are no longer just for making calls and texting - they are also a tool for work, play and study. Manufacturers are equipping them with ever-larger, higher-resolution screens on which every piece of information, detail and colour can be perfectly seen. When you combine such a large display area and number of pixels with a very delicate display glass, you get a component that is easily damaged and very expensive. A fall from a height of just a few dozen centimetres can cause cracks, chipping and very deep scratches, and replacing this element is a very expensive operation. That is why tempered glass for phones has been developed. The glasses are very thin and extremely hard at the same time, which is why they protect the display against scratches during typical use and also to some extent against breakage as a result of a fall. Modern tempered glasses for mobile phones are characterised by a perfect fit, excellent durability and a precise shape that perfectly reflects the silhouette of the respective smartphone. The strong adhesive leaves no residue when removed, so they can be replaced very quickly, and the cutouts for buttons, camera or the curves of the smartphone ensure a perfect fit. In our 4GSM shop you will find the best tempered glass for Apple, Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi phones among others.

Tempered glass for phones - all the advantages, minimum disadvantages
Tempered glass for phones is characterised by a very clever design, and manufacturers have literally reached perfection in their production. Only a few years ago the most popular way to protect displays was a traditional self-adhesive foil. Protecting the screen with foil is very cheap, but it does not provide adequate protection. That is why it was quickly superseded by tempered glass for phones. One of the biggest disadvantages of the film was that it was easy to scratch. Even soft materials such as plastic or wood could leave very deep scratches, which in most cases penetrated all the way to the "protected" display. Furthermore, the films were so soft that they did not provide any protection against breakage after a fall, and the flexible material was very difficult to apply properly. Tempered glass for phones has none of the drawbacks of the traditional and once-loved films.
The best protection against breakage and scratches: tempered glass
Tempered glass for your phone perfectly protects the screen against the two biggest problems of every smartphone user - scratches and breakage. Scratches are a result of the use of the phone and sooner or later they will appear even on a device that we have always carried in one pocket, without other objects. Unfortunately, even a single grain of sand can destroy our efforts and scratch the screen. The same goes for breakage. A fall from a small height can end up with a shattered screen or a long crack along its entire length.
Tempered glass is very hard - it is level 9 on the Mohs 10 scale of hardness, which means that it can only be scratched with a diamond blade. What's more, the high hardness achieved in the toughening process means that the kinetic energy created when a smartphone hits a hard surface spreads only through the toughened glass and does not reach the screen of our phone. Thus, tempered glass for phones protects against the biggest problems of every user of advanced devices.
How to put tempered glass on a phone?
Installing tempered glass on a phone is very simple, but it requires patience and the method of trial and error. It is best to carry out this process after a bath in a foggy bathroom. Then, all dust particles and hair fall down together with high humidity, so we are perfectly protected against dusting the screen and difficulties in achieving a satisfactory effect. After peeling off the film on the adhesive layer, you need to very gently fit the glass into the cutouts of the smartphone and stick it on, then press from the inside of the glass with a "sweeping" motion outwards. This will remove any air bubbles.
